Sterling silver — standardised at 925 parts per thousand pure silver — remains the most commercially important material in the demi-fine and accessible jewellery segment globally. Arvino's sterling silver manufacturing capability encompasses the full product lifecycle: initial CAD development, wax casting, stone setting, electroplating, quality inspection and finished packaging.
Our Jaipur facility processes sterling silver across all major jewellery categories. Brands commonly specify rhodium plating on sterling silver to prevent tarnishing and achieve a bright white finish; we also produce yellow gold-plated silver (gold vermeil), rose gold-plated silver and oxidised silver for a darker, vintage aesthetic.
Our stone-setting team works with cubic zirconia, semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, lab-grown diamonds and natural gemstones. Setting techniques include prong, bezel, pavé, channel and flush setting, executed by specialist setters with decades of experience.
All sterling silver production undergoes multi-stage quality inspection including purity verification, dimensional checking against approved samples, finish assessment and packaging verification. We produce detailed quality documentation with each shipment.
