Custom jewellery manufacturing at Arvino begins with understanding your brand's positioning, target consumer, retail price architecture and aesthetic language. Whether you come with a fully realised design, a mood board, a reference sample or simply a concept, our team of 20+ in-house designers has the experience to translate your vision into a manufacturable product.
Our CAD department works in industry-standard software to produce detailed three-dimensional models of each design before any physical material is committed. You review and approve the CAD render before we move to prototype. This stage is critical — it allows aesthetic and technical adjustments to be made efficiently, without wasting material or production time.
Physical samples are produced in the final specified material — we do not produce samples in substitute materials — and shipped to you for approval. Revision rounds are managed by your dedicated account manager with clear documentation of all changes. Once you approve the sample, production commences with that sample as the binding quality benchmark.

Custom Jewellery Materials and Techniques
Custom jewellery production at Arvino is available across sterling silver, brass, 316L stainless steel and gold (9K, 14K, 18K). Our plating capabilities cover yellow gold, rose gold, rhodium, black rhodium and micron plating in various thicknesses. Stone setting options include prong, bezel, pavé, channel, flush and bead setting in CZ, semi-precious, pearl and lab-grown diamond.
Our finishing options include high polish, matte, hammered, textured and oxidised black finishes. Enamel work, resin fills and laser engraving are also available for brands requiring decorative surface treatments. Custom branding — including laser-marked logos, stamped brand identifiers and hallmark placement — is handled in-house at no additional setup for established programmes.
