You provide the complete design, technical drawings or reference samples. Arvino manufactures precisely to your specifications. Full intellectual property remains with you.

Arvino designs the product from our library or from a concept brief. You select, customise and brand the result. Faster to market, lower development cost.

Arvino's OEM Manufacturing Capabilities
Our OEM jewellery manufacturing capabilities cover all major materials — sterling silver, brass, stainless steel and gold — across every jewellery category. We accept designs in CAD file formats (STL, OBJ, STEP) or as physical reference samples, and our technical team reviews all specifications before sampling to identify any manufacturing constraints early.
Production quality is managed through a multi-stage inspection programme: incoming material verification, in-process checks at casting, setting and plating stages, and a final inspection against the approved sample before packing. All quality data is documented and available to our OEM clients.
Our facility is RJC Certified and SEDEX Audited — both key requirements for OEM brands supplying to major international retailers in the US, UK and Europe. We can provide audit documentation and facility credentials to support our clients' vendor qualification processes.
